However, in the rare case of damage in transit, customers are requested to send photos of the damaged courier package, with the label and packaging on the date of receipt of the package within 24 hours. In that case, an identical product\/ credit note is issued to the customer based on mutual understanding.<\/p><p>Different products have different timelines.
