RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We manufacture and personalize products as per each order only, and so we have a zero refund and returns policy.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We have very strict quality checks in place and products do not leave our premises without a quality check. However, in the rare case of damage in transit, customers are requested to send photos of the damaged courier package, with the label and packaging on the date of receipt of the package within 24 hours. In that case, an identical product/ credit note is issued to the customer based on mutual understanding.

Different products have different timelines. Since we take orders on whatsapp and e-mail we will let you know the order processing and delivery time.

We cannot be held liable for shipment delays due to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays or situations outside our control.
